Instructor Bio:
KELLI VITO, SPHR, CCP
Ms. Vito manages an independent consulting practice created to provide a broad range of strategic human resource assistance to executive level management. Her consulting practice focuses on helping organizations with workforce planning, performance management and measurement, strategic planning, compensation administration, HR auditing and organizational design. She also teaches a variety of management courses.
Prior to starting her own business, Ms. Vito served as the Texas State Classification Officer, the highest-ranking HR executive in the State. She worked closely with state agencies and higher education institutions and the State Legislature on all aspects of workforce management within the State. She has over 20 years of strategic human resource management and consulting experience.
Ms. Vito has her BBA in management and marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificates. She is the author of the Institute of Internal Auditors’ Auditing Human Resource Management handbook series. She is an instructor for the Society of Human Resources HR Certification Program. She is a 2004/2005 member of the Manchester’s Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women and was a finalist in the 2002 Executive Woman of the Year in Texas.

If you are making travel plans to come to the training, please make "refundable" air and hotel reservations or wait until 14 days before the class to actually book your reservations. Courses are occasionally canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment. We determine whether a course has enough participants approximately 16 days prior to the course date. If we cancel or reschedule, we will email the participant no later than 14 days before the original class date. Solutions Training will not pay for cancellation/change fees associated with travel and hotel arrangement changes.
