    Course Description:

While handling a complaint of sexual harassment or disciplining an employee for insubordination are clearly difficult management tasks - sometimes it is the less serious, but no less time consuming, daily issues that absorb your time and energy.

If you have ever dealt with any of these employee issues:

  • The “constantly negative” employee that finds a reason “why not” for everything
  • The “passing time” employee that is waiting to retire or some other magic event and has no enthusiasm for anything
  • The “slacker employee” that is tardy, misses deadlines, and “forgets” instructions
  • The “needs attention” employee that is at your door every hour with a new question or update
  • Or the “just plain nasty” employee that gives customer service a bad name
