According to a Harvard Business Review study, 70 percent of change initiatives are not successful because organizations fail to manage the "human" reaction to change. When the change and the reactions are both managed effectively the organization is most successful.

INSTRUCTOR – Monica Scamardo, MS, PsyD
Dr. Monica Scamardo is the founder and president of Variate, a consulting company specializing in organizational and people development. Monica holds undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees in psychology with specializations working with organizational systems and diverse populations. Her area of expertise is applying research-based behavioral and workplace principles to organizational challenges which enable strategic and measurable change. Monica works with individual clients, teams, and organizations. She consults with and coaches employees and leaders on organizational challenges, communication, change management, and leadership development.
Monica also works with the faculty and staff of The University of Texas at Austin, Work Life Services & Employee Assistance Program within Human Resource Services.
Who should attend: Concepts addressed in this course are appropriate for Managers who lead and implement various types of changes in management plans, as well as those who want to broaden their current change management skills.
Course examples and hands-on activities will address issues found in the work environment.

contact listed below. If a cancellation is received after the cancellation date,
the registrant will be charged $40 for course materials.
If you are making travel plans to come to the training, please make "refundable" air and hotel reservations or wait until 14 days before the class to actually book your reservations. Courses are occasionally canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment. We determine whether a course has enough participants 16 days prior to the course date. If we cancel or reschedule, we will email the participant no later than 14 days before the original class date. Solutions Training will not pay for cancellation/change fees associated w/travel and hotel arrangement changes.
