This one day class will focus on ways to strategically think, plan and proceed in today's work environment (your organization, the economy, your people, your resources, your strengths and your constraints). With budget cuts, hiring freezes, and employee restructuring as a backdrop, this class will provide leaders with new ways to strategize for the future

Mr. Eppel has been a business leader in the hi-tech industry for over 30 years. His consistent focus is on developing team based, strategically oriented organizations capable of effectively responding to a rapidly changing marketplace.
