Through my experience working with organizations, I have seen many challenges, and am prepared to come forward with creative yet practical solutions that help you and your organization accomplish its goals. I really want to help so I listen to what you want and try to best meet your needs.

Educational and Professional Experience:

For more than thirty years, I have been involved with teaching and professional development. I received all my undergraduate degrees and my Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin. I have taught in public schools, The University of Texas, and for the Texas State Auditor’s Office.

Educational and Work Related Experience:

Before joining Solutions Training Group, I was an external training specialist for the Texas State Auditor's Office. I developed and coordinated training classes for the public sector in the areas of audit, human resources, fraud, and IT training. Prior to the Auditor’s Office, I was a Human Resources manager for the Dallas Market Center in Dallas, Texas.

I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology from Baylor University.
